Q: How long does it take for product delivery?

A: For U.S. orders, shipping takes around 5 business days. Please note there is an additional 1-2 days processing time.

Q: How do I check my order status?

A: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order after 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@homefurniturelife.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Q: Are your products handmade?

A: Our product are hand woven, the inner lining is machine processed.

Q: Do you offer free shipping and free returns?

A: No, we don’t offer free shipping in the U.S. & we cannot offer free returns. You will need to pay shipping cost & return shipping.

Q: Refunds, returns, and exchanges

A: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. Buyer pays return shipping.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@homefurniturelife.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
